Returns and Exchange Policy
At Zorai Lifestyle, we strive to provide you with the best products. As a small business, we carefully quality check every piece before it is shipped, and we ensure that our packaging is designed to prevent any damage during transit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are accepted only if requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- To initiate an exchange, you must share a video of the product within 48 hours of receipt, clearly showing the issue. Please send this video along with your order number and reason for the exchange to zoraiindia@gmail.com.
- If you receive the wrong product, please inform us immediately. In this case, we will arrange for a pick-up and get the correct product delivered to you.
- For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us in the same packaging it was received.
Conditions for Exchanges:
- The item must be unworn and not damaged, and it must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Please note that we do not accept returns. All sales are final, except for exchanges as outlined above.
