Returns & Store Credit

• Eligible standard returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  
• Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
  
• Approved returns are issued as Zorai Store Credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  
• A flat ₹100 return charge is deducted from the eligible return value before Store Credit is issued.
  
• For damaged, defective or incorrect orders, please email zoraiindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos and a continuous unboxing video.
  
• We maintain a strict quality check before every dispatch, but if something isn't right, our team will review it and help resolve the issue.
