Returns & Store Credit
- Eligible standard returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
- Approved returns are issued as Zorai Store Credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- A flat ₹100 return charge is deducted from the eligible return value before Store Credit is issued.
